Defects reduction by eliminating the WIP.
Originally, 900 pcs produced at IMM-11 were placed in an individual bag and 72 pcs placed in a carboard box. All this inventory were transported from IMM to Pad Printing; so, every part was getting out of the cardboard, out of the bag and handled to the PP process. All this motion resulted in defective parts (scratches).
