Hauled out a total of six Gaylord’s full of Maytag, better and 2.0 screens. Other shifts are not grinding their screens. As an operator I had time to take care of my scrap and get it grinded. Leads have way more time. This is unacceptable. I have multiple pictures where I’ve taken care of this issue more than once. When I am a lead for 2.0 all of my screens are taken care of and or grinded. Clean up time took me an hour.
