The previous box used for counting parts had red paint flaking. It had the potential to send paint flakes on all shipments which would have been rejected by the customer. Changing the counting box is a preventive action to prevent shipping out defective parts. The new box is visually distinctive so it is obvious it is used for counting and will not be accidentally shipped.
