Before while operating the manual assembly table we could not see the auto machine since our back was to it. Now with rearranging how things are situated it allows us to see the auto machine and helps us catch jams before the machine faults. It also puts us closer to the auto controls so takes less time to get there to fix the fault. By rearranging it also allows us to leave a better entryway into assembly causing less congestion. By making this change it helps us be more productive and use our time better.
