I work in tool room. I have worked on all 3 shifts in this department. Now that I am on midnights I am noticing a lot of the same problems. I was always so frustrated on 2nd shift when I would get the hand over and then my supervisor left 15 min later. I think my department could benefit greatly from just a lengthy stay on afternoons if only to be there to help field questions from the previous shift to the next. Thank you
