Before: Due meetings, reports, presentations, and planning activities, managers can be trapped in the offices for long periods of time. This can result in leaving the process unattended and team members feel abandoned.
After: Assembled a mobile office to spend at least half of the shift at the operation floor, helping the TM, Process techs and process engineers with the roadblocks. I can take meetings or update any report form anywhere in the plant now.
