Area 3 implemented a standard structure for the EOS report email. Noting key impacts to Safety, Quality, Downtime and Scheduling. Attached is our schedule adherence document listing act/target for equipment running and a manpower assessment for the shift. Continued improvements to be see o we next few weeks as team works with document and end of shift cadence.
