Estimated savings of 30 minutes of slide preparations for each RIE. This is an estimated 6,240 minutes saved for all RIE presentations in a given year (52 weeks, 4/week). Using an estimated $80k salary, this is $4k in savings and an additional >6,000 hours that are returned to employees for talent work.

A new PowerPoint template set has been created with a template slide for each required element of each RIE report out. This template puts all required shapes in the background so they are not accidentally moved or changed during population of the report. It also puts helpful notes in the pre-set text boxes to indicate what should be included or listed in each location. Extraneous slide templates have been removed. This template has been shared with Yohn and Marco.
