No savings in dollars, savings perhaps 0.25 - 1h worth of my time, and the PMs times throughout the week though. In the past, they had to select several dropdowns to try to color code dates/status on items within our Power BI report. Often times they would incorrectly select and color coding would not show up in our report correct as well - which could take me in excess of 30 mins to 1 hour to fix every week. This is more auto-mated based on only 1 input vs a date listed. The only issue at this stage is keeping the date updated, which I do NOT see us being able to get away from
