A new SharePoint page was created as a single platform to access all floor related tools. This links to safety interactions, kaizens, PJRA's and daily Hi-Lo inspections. This screen is available on the floor as a tablet where all employees can access and submit feedback. This information then flows through PowerAutomate to be directly collected and dashboard'ed to review results and consistency of submissions. This streamlines the amount of time required by HR to collect, count and save physical copies and allows HR to focus on what matters in the process.
