Before: No layout was defined for the EOS Negative production, this was causing additional motion within the cell causing low efficiency and quality defects due to mixing WIP with Finished good parts
After: New EOS Negatives Layout was defined, this allows the TM to stay in front of the Press most of the time allowing maximum efficiency and avoiding mixing material.
