Before: There was no Work Instructions for the production of the Negative Stiffener, this process is 100% manual and the TM was causing a lot of issues by loading the part incorrectly into the press and performing extra steps that were not needed and also missing the press cycle time which caused low efficiency.
After: Work Instructions are in place to help the TM to perform the activity as efficient as possible, visual aids are in the document making it easier for interpretation.
