Before: New Job postings were only advertised on Paylocity or any other Jobs websites, potential internal candidates already working with us did not have the chance to applied as they were not aware of that the position exists.
After: Printed communication was posted in all informative boards and break room areas to attract talent to the application process, this also is speeding up the process to get in candidates.
