A 3D printed magnet dispenser was designed by the new projects engineer for use in Whirlpool parts. This prevented hand injuries to our workers and expedited the magnet installation process in the mold. We leveraged the talent of our staff and saved $1,256.66 USD on the purchase of this dispenser. Additionally, we saved $245.03 USD by preventing staff injuries such as sprains or pain from manually separating the magnets.
