Installed a defect chute versus parts falling into the cell. This eliminated daily line stoppage and unnecessary rejects. ME Lead Ciara barber retrained the camera using rejects from the customer to significantly reduce rejects at the line and ensure defects are being captured at RPS. BEFORE - rejecting 20-30 parts per container / AFTER - rejecting 4-5 parts per container. Further efforts required.
