Third party team resolved all OIL leak issues on units 1501, 1502 and 1503. Team found between 8-16 leaks on each machine. Specifically found pumps and motors without seals on all three units. Most leaks on hoses were related to missing or bad seals. Team changed out numerous O rings on smaller lines which were dripping continually on all machines. Each machine was being conservatively filled up 2x per week with 200 gallons of hydraulic oil. 400 gallons at $7.80 per gallon = $3,120 x 3 machines = $9,360 weekly in oil x 52 weeks = $486,720 annualized hydraulic oil savings.

These three machines were surrounded by pools of oil daily. Now you can maneuver safety and conduct business without slipping.

All units are running at the correct pressure and delivering better results. Plan to have 1504, 1703, 157 and 229 addressed in the near future.
