Improved the Stationary Mount job from a direct team member to a more technically based team member position that has a higher pay rate. TM trained on LOTO, basic PLC reset and line unjamming to reduce need for technical ME support. TM also accountable for hourly production board, cell cleanliness and hand building while automation is running.
