1. New Table - not warped and falling apart (TM's love the new table with adjustable legs and maple top so it withstands some weight)
2. Direct lighting above the table (Old table did not have infrastructure for hanging lights) TM's acknowledge being able to see screws being seated as they install. HUGE improvement
3. Back splash will have work instructions posed for easy viewing.
4. All electrical lines are tied down and no trip hazards around the cell
5. Lazy-Susan on station 2 was left NOT screwed to the table. This makes it easier to clean up loose screws and helps operators install parts based on their personal height easier. This was an improvement made by TM's.
These improvements followed a recent CAL from WHP. During 8D it was identified that the station required better lighting a new worktable.
