Before: Dispenser were mixed, having wip and final assembly parts on the same table, this resulted in shipping unfinished parts to the costumer.
After: One piece flow was implemented and two lanes were created to have dedicated space for wip and finish good separated, this will avoid mixed parts issues and improved the flow of the line
