Before: Va08 Welder did not have anyway to positively locate the balance ring before welding. This could lead to defects at the carousel and overall defect for misalignment.
After: Installed a laser that prevents misalignment of the part. Ensuring that the part is loaded the same no longer dependent on the operator.
