Before: Weigh Scale had been broken on the flexline for over a year. This meant that team members had to weigh the parts and then confirm themselves if it was within weight. Potentially letting underweight parts escape and wasting time.
After: Repaired flex line with new summing board and new load cells. Allowing for machine to do all the work in weighing parts.
