We had a cost workbook to complete quotes for ECO's, which was also utilized for existing FG pricing updates due to resin, components, etc. It became tedious, as you had to manually manipulate several cells in order to get the workbook to do what you needed it to calculate. I rebuilt the workbook to be much easier and straight forward and can be utilized for both ECOs and Pricing Updates and is very simple. Thus far the Cost Estimating team has provided feedback that they find it much easier, simpler, and faster to use. It has worked great thus far
