Before: no way for the machine to validate that the part had ever been ran through the 3 bay before reaching the carousel. Opened customer up to defects if a part were to be leaking and not tested.
After: Installed a vision camera at station 1 that will prevent the machine from cycling if a part mark is not visible on the part.
