F3 door

Describe the unsafe act or unsafe condition observed as well as the behavior observed, including the immediate countermeasures taken

The door fell off when opening it to blow out the oil lines. This is very dangerous as it could’ve ripped a hot oil line (360°) and sprayed all over me (Tyler), saif and Steve.

If a follow up is required, describe the actions to be taken

Fix things the right way!!!!
