Adding a visual marker to the next part to be taken out of the cooling fixture ensures that each part has adequate amount of time to cool. This is useful during breaks and shift change, so the person coming in knows which part will be ready. If a part is taken out before it is cooled, the wheel wells can warp and make the part unusable.
