| IMPROVEMENTS | The customer changed their shipping requirements; they now need two labels on each box. To prevent mixing up labels which would cause miscounting of parts, we updated the shipping label format to make the box number visually distinctive and have labels print out in pairs. This prevents issues with $3,000,000 worth of annual sales to Sportech. |
