| IMPROVEMENTS | A new scheme is designed where one week 4 days are worked and the next 3 days, giving a total of 2 weeks worked of 42 hours and 2 weeks of 36 hours, giving a total of 168 hours, which by law are correct. In this way, night shifts would not be paid, only to the personnel who work 4 days each week that covers the month, and thus we would greatly reduce the expense for night shifts. |
