Considering that each machine produces 2,400 pieces per day and that each piece is valued at $0.50, it is estimated that the emergency stops prevent approximately $4,680 per year in losses due to scrap and unplanned shutdowns.This measure directly contributes to improving safety, protecting personnel, and reducing production costs.
