| IMPROVEMENTS | An acceptance letter is being prepared regarding the second shift, as employees leave on Friday at 10:30 PM and return on Saturday at 7:00 AM. Due to staff complaints about the lack of respect for their rest periods, the company proposed starting the shift at 2:00 PM on Saturday. However, the staff again insists on starting the shift at 7:00 AM. Therefore, we are seeking an individual agreement that mitigates any legal risks. |
