Revere could benefit greatly by moving Justin Toy to the Tool Room. He shows a lot of promise in mechanics and the molding process. He would be a very good fit for advancement in Tool Room. For example, when he first became a tech, he taught himself with little to no training and that whole first year he worked every day with no days off. If this doesn't merit some kind of reward through advancement then I don't know what would merit such a thing.
