We need to the correct bolts and C-clips for the swivels that we use to hoist our molds in the air. The reason I say the correct bolts is because the bolts use for rigging and swivels is a different grade of bolts then the ones off of the shelf. We have no replacement bolts or a place that is easily accessible to find them or see when they get low. I have noticed swivels with bent bolts and with none to replace them I've noticed people using them like that. We need to order replacement bolts from 1/2-13 to 1 1/2 -6-inch swivel bolts not just to replace the already damaged/bent ones but to have some on the shelf to replace as soon as it happens before someone gets seriously injured. We need to build the culture where we replace on safe things when they happen, but we cannot do that without the proper things to replace the unsafe ones with on hand. This is not just a culture thing but a very serious safety issue.
