| IMPROVEMENTS | We have little to no programs that encourage advancement through the company. A very good moral builder is knowing that if you work hard and do a great job that someday you may be able to better yourself through advancement. I don't see bids up for people to even take the smallest of steps up the ladder. We need to be lifting up the people we have not giving everything to people we don't such as new hires. This company would benefit greatly through this small moral building program. |
