| IMPROVEMENTS | Before: The 2 quality engineers had to go into IQMS and pull the EOS measurement data to be able to analyze it, spending and average of 30 minutes to do it. After: Created a Power BI report that pulls the data from IQMS and/or Keyence data base in real time, the Quality Engineers now spend only few minutes reviewing and analyzing the data, since the SPC chart and detailed information is already built and available for review. This saves around 260 annual hours (5 hours a week), resulting in an annual savings of $10K based on the average salary rate. |
