Before: There was not a Red Rabbit process to detect when equipment was failing to detect missing seals or not properly seated seals in the vent passive assembly. The costumer was complaining about constantly receiving parts with NO seals assembled, resulting in RMA costs and 1 Trigo sorting charge.
After: We implemented the Red Rabbit (X) process to test the detection equipment and make sure it is working as it is supposed to be, there is a SOP and system (Microsoft Forms) in place to collect the data and perform the Red X checks. All the results are stored in a data base accessible 24/7.
Costumer is happy with this implementation, and we haven't received more complaints after the implementation.
