Before: Costumer complaints for receiving parts with no clips and missing clips, there was not process to test automation and make sure that the cameras were working properly on detecting defects.
After: There is a Red X process in place to make sure the detection system is working as it is supposed to be, SOP to perform the Red X process and the results are store in a data base accessible 24/7
Costumer complaints regarding to missing clips were reduced to Zero, saving RMA costs and costs associate to sort at the costumer location.
