Need to do thorough check of information in job book. This job had 2 sets of information one on set up, one on pacjshing. Labeling shows 2 different information's, packing was done as specified, but labels showed 648 count, not packing count- an almost 400 piece difference. Had it gone out as labeled customer would have been shorted 400 pieces per box- 48 boxes per skid. This is not a first time ocvurance with book information differences, but, to my knowledge, the biggest I've seen.
While operator should have caught it, it was missed by all, from job book check to operator.
