We had at least 87 damaged doors at WHP Clyde related to a scuff generated by a bolt (s) allocated on the nest of the robot.
The purge cycle (when robot failed for different reasons) was dropping bolts directly over the nests of the automatic station, causing the scuff on the ring. The purge cycle was adjusted and moved out of the station.
