At the Plug Fill press, the process flow was not followed properly. After the part was validated for flash on the workstation, the part needs to be inspected in the bowl feeder to look for short shots. Several events were reported by the customer because the parts were not validated in the bowl feeder, this device was originally placed far away from the Plug station, that was causing the team member not using this device. Bowl feeder was then placed on the correct place, and the process flow is properly followed now.
