Describe the unsafe act or unsafe condition observed as well as the behavior observed, including the immediate countermeasures taken

Oil leaking from machine both sides. Tried to clean what we could but there are oil blankets and absorbent to try and stop oil from spreading further that has been there for weeks.

Oil leaks need to be repaired asap. This is a major slip hazard.
