Describe the unsafe act or unsafe condition observed as well as the behavior observed, including the immediate countermeasures taken | Walking thru the plant noticed table used to run PN 1074013 and uses ASM271 with adhesion promoter was being stored in the component isle of the raw material warehouse. The adhesion promoter conrainer was still sitting on the table with the applicator bottle. This should be stored in the fire box when not in use. |
